The group NYC Resident Parking is advocating for a local resident parking program. This group argues that, as things currently stand, the plan proposed for congestion pricing will make parking more challenging in neighborhoods in upper Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn. NYC Resident Parking is asking community members to attend the public hearings to advocate for a resident parking program as well.
