As of January 4, 2022, New York State government is operating a testing site at the Adam Clayton Powell State Office Building, 163 West 125th Street, New York, NY 10027. You can make an appointment at this testing site here.
According to NYC Health + Hospitals, at-home testing for COVID-19 is now available to all immunocompromised New Yorkers and those ages 65 and older. To schedule an in-home appointment, call (929) 298-9400 between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (7 days a week).
