Hamilton Terrace Block Association Board of Directors seeks to appoint a new President. Our amazing former Board President, Mary Ellen Kail, has chosen to step down from this role due to recent increased work responsibilities. We thank Mary for her service this year!
Our Vice President is unable to step into the role of President, so we are seeking to fill the role before the next quarterly meeting in January of 2024. The next election for President will not be held before the Block until 2025, so the Board will appoint the new President.
According to our Block's Bylaws, the HTBA President leads Board and Block meetings, appoints all committee chairpersons, ensures that all officers and directors are performing their duties, and serves as an ex officio member on all committees. The President may not hold the same position for more than four consecutive terms.
