It's that time of year again to begin planning the annual Hamilton Terrace Block Association (HTBA) "Hi Neighbor Day" party. This year's party is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 2, 2021 with a rain date of Saturday, October 23, 2021. Hi Neighbor Day provides the opportunity for Hamilton Terrace neighbors to come together for food, conversation, music, and other activities.

We are counting on this to be a fun, community driven event. In order for HND to take place this year, we are asking for the help of a few volunteers to assist in the following:
Set Up/ Break Down:
Stefan from the Children's Art Carnival has agreed to lead the team to set up/break tables before and after the event. He will need a few (4) able hands to work either/both shifts. Please reach out to Stefan directly: skoollunch@gmail.com
Food/Beverages:
Jen Geddes, Yadwa and Kristen Lax are organizing the pot luck contributions. But they need a few volunteers to help run the food tables during the event in short shifts. Please email jennifergeddes1@gmail.com to volunteer.
Games/Actvities:
We need a volunteer to recruit a few people to come up with age appropriate activities for HND. The block association will review requests and allocate funds for these activities. Please email the board if your are interested in leading this activity: board@hamilton-terrace.nyc
Music:
Justin Rothberg will lead a small group of 3 musicians (guitar, bass, drum) for the event.
