Important updates on Board positions and voting

As a follow-up to the Block Association meeting on January 7, 2020, two important updates were announced by the board:

1. The open Secretary position has been taken by Laura King, formerly the Treasurer. Liz Wolfe has taken over the position of the Treasurer. These positions were appointed by the board, and an official election will be held at the next meeting.

2. The board met and after taking into consideration the views of the association members, decided that the dues to be a voting member of the Hamilton Terrace Block Association will be set at $10 per voting member. If anyone is unable to pay the $10 dues, they are able to request that the dues be waived due to financial concerns so that they can vote.
