On March 26, 2022, Charles Pan-Fried Chicken opened its new Harlem location at 340 West 145th Street, just down the hill. According to Eater, the new location celebrated its grand opening by giving out free fried chicken, corn bread, and red velvet cake during its entire first day.
Charles Pan-Friend Chicken prides itself on being "Harlem's Finest Soul Food." The star of the menu is Chef Charles Gabriel's chicken, which he fries in a massive cast iron skillet instead of a deep fryer. The menu is all meat with a few vegetarian sides.
