There's a new 'gift shop' in town! MoonLab 42 opened about two months ago on 145th street between St. Nicholas Avenue and Convent Avenue, at 405 West 145th Street.
The shop is open Wednesdays through Saturdays between 12 pm and 7 pm. They sell items like books, zines, art, clothing, accessories, beauty products, and much more. A lot of their items are made locally. MoonLab 42 also puts on events in its space.
The owners, Ruso and John, are closing the shop for three weeks for their summer travels to the country of Georgia, but they will be back after September 19, 2022. Their website indicates that they will also not be shipping orders until after their return.
