A new "Uptown Night Market" is coming to West Harlem in July 2021 under West Harlem's Riverside Drive Viaduct on 12th Avenue. Beginning July 8, 2021 and continuing on the second Thursday of every month through Nov. 11, 2021, this market promises Harlemites delicious food and drinks, arts and crafts, and live performances. The market will run from 4 pm to 10 pm.
The Uptown Night Market series is produced by Masc Hospitality Group, the folks behind the world-famous Bronx Night Market and the West Harlem Development Corporation, in collaboration with Harlem Park To Park and support from Harlem Late Night Jazz.
The following Market vendors have already been announced, according to the Curious Uptowner: Fried Lasagna Mama, Harlem Hoopz, Harlem's Own Soaps and Butters, Downeast Lobstah, German Bratwurst, and Arepa Baby.
The Uptown Night Market is seeking additional vendors to apply to join the Market. The Market has also announced an open call to musicians and entertainers from New York City. Check out the Market's website for more information and updates.
